A bachelor in computer science, Jean-François Riverin holds two graduate degrees – software engineering and health informatics. Passionate about quality, he has been helping small and large companies optimize their development process for more than twenty years. He holds TMMi Professional certification for quality assessment and optimization and is an accredited trainer for ISTQB, foundation and agile tester certifications and is an active member of the Canadian Software Testing Committee (CCTL-CSTB). 

Jean-François masters the full spectrum of quality assurance activities, including writing tests, automation, integration and continuous deployment. PSM I certified, he works in both traditional and agile organizations. After many years in quality and regulatory affairs management positions, in 2016 he co-founded Zentelia, a firm specializing in software quality assurance.
