Training Duration: 21 hours (spread over 6 half-days from 8:30 AM to noon)

PREREQUISITES

Be involved, directly or indirectly, in quality assurance and software or information systems testing. Prior knowledge of the main activities of the software development lifecycle is advantageous but not mandatory.

PREPARATION

Before the first class:

• Read the first three chapters of the syllabus.

• Review the glossary of terms used in software testing.

• Identify examples specific to your domain or organization for group discussions.

The program is based on the CFTL-ISTQB certification scheme (version 4.0), experience sharing, and hands-on exercises for test tools and management.
